The Costa Blanca enjoys 300+ sunny days per year. Perla del Mar is wonderful to visit year-round. During the months of May to October, you can enjoy temperatures between 23°C and 31°C with plenty of sunshine. For a perfect beach vacation, we recommend May to September, with an average of 12-13 hours of sunshine per day and temperatures of 28-31°C.

How close is the house to the beach and Altea's center?

Perla del Mar is within walking distance of the beach, so you can easily reach everything without a car. You have direct access to restaurants, supermarkets, and the beautiful Costa Blanca coastline. The center is 2.5km away and is therefore very easily accessible by car.

Are there sufficient parking spaces and what about wifi?

Yes, there is free parking available outside the house, and you have full wifi access so you're always connected. This makes it ideal for both relaxation and work.

Is the house suitable for families with children?

Absolutely! With 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and a private pool, Perla del Mar is perfect for families. The quiet location, beautiful garden with sun loungers and the roof terrace offer safety and plenty of play space for children.
